He has visited more than 230 schools, delivered hundreds of successful workshop days and published five children’s poetry books. His many repeat bookings demonstrate the lasting impact of his lively, inclusive approach.

What Happens on a Pep the Poet Day?

A Pep the Poet day is lively, creative and full of laughter. Children enjoy hearing poetry performed before playing with words and creating poems of their own.

Each visit is planned around your school and pupils. Choose a performance day, a writing day or a mixture of both, with sessions designed to build confidence and engage even the most reluctant writers.
